Real Reviews from Real Students Across the U.S.
“I enrolled in the bartending course in Atlanta, and by the end of the week, I had learned how to make over 50 drinks, including craft cocktails and classics. I passed the certification test and started working at The Vortex Bar & Grill the following month. The instructor really prepared us for real-world scenarios.”
– Jasmin R., Atlanta, GA
"The LBS online bartending program was exactly what I needed. I work full time, so I chose the weekend class. The curriculum covered everything—from basic pours to customer service. The final live exam went smoothly and I’m now a certified bartender!"
– Carlos H., El Paso, TX
"I took private lessons in my own kitchen in Springfield, and I was surprised by how hands-on everything was—even in my home. We went over bottle handling, pour counts, and setting up a real workstation. After passing the certification, I got hired at Obed & Isaac’s Microbrewery & Eatery just a few blocks away."
– Dana W., Springfield, IL
"This one-week bartending class in Miami was packed with value. I learned about spirits, wines, draft systems, and even state-specific alcohol laws. I aced the certification and just started working at Sugar at EAST Miami. Can’t believe I went from zero experience to job-ready in days."
– Leo M., Miami, FL
"The course in Buffalo fit perfectly into my weekend schedule. I was nervous at first, but the instructor made everything fun and approachable. I learned proper shaking technique, glassware use, and even upselling strategies. Now I’m working at Big Ditch Brewing Company and loving every shift."
– Emily K., Buffalo, NY
"I took the in-person bartending course in Los Angeles and was really impressed with the hands-on training. We practiced everything from speed drills to garnishing. I passed the final exam and got my certification within the week. A few days later, I got hired at Mama Shelter Rooftop Bar!"
–Trevor S., Los Angeles, CA
"The Phoenix class was well-structured, and I appreciated the small group format. We each got time to practice behind a real bar setup. The instructor was a former bartender who shared industry tips I never would’ve found online. I passed the certification exam and now bartend at The Churchill downtown."
– Sophia T., Phoenix, AZ
"LBS helped me transition from serving to bartending. The program in San Antonio taught me how to mix and serve over 100 drinks and handle multiple orders at once. I now work at The Esquire Tavern and even get tipped out higher than I did waiting tables."
– Marcus P., San Antonio, TX
“Taking the bartending program online from my apartment in Brooklyn was surprisingly interactive. We had live Zoom sessions, video demos, and even mock quizzes to prep for the final exam. I passed with flying colors and feel 100% ready to start job hunting.”
– Grace L., Brooklyn, NY
"I joined the Denver evening bartending class with my best friend. We practiced mixology techniques, learned industry lingo, and covered the legal side of bartending in Colorado. After completing the course and passing the certification test, I got a job at Avanti F&B in LoHi."
– Rick B., Denver, CO
