Elgin (/ˈɛlɡɪn/ EL-ghin) is a city in Bastrop in the U.S state of Texas The population was 9,784 at the 2020 census.[5] Elgin is also known as the Sausage Capital of Texas[6] and the Brick Capital of the Southwest,[7] due to the presence of three operating brickyards in the mid-20th century (two of which are open to this date). How to Start:

    • Equipment: All equipment and learning materials will be provided. This includes a workbook, bartending tools, and drinks.
    • Location: We can come to your home or teach at one of our multiple locations in Elgin.

Texas Age Requirements:

    • Legal Learning Ages: 18 through 98 (Under 21 is permitted in Texas)
    • Course Availability: Bartending 101, 201, and 301 Courses.

Curriculum:
