Regulations

These are the regulations related to the consumption, sale and service of alcohol :

Legal Age to Consume . . . . . . . 21

Legal Age to Serve . . . . . . . . . . 18 with restrictions**
 
 
*A person 18 or older may sell alcoholic beverages at an off-sale establishment (for consumption off premises) unsupervised. Persons age 17 and imageyounger may sell alcohol if under the continuous supervision of a person 21 or older. 
 
**Any person between 18 and 21 is allowed to serve any alcoholic beverage in an area primarily designed and used for the sale and service of food for consumption on the premises (on-sale). Bartenders and cocktail waitresses must be 21.

Limit for driving while intoxicated . . . . . . . . . . . .08% BAC

An arrest for DUI may be made if BAC is .08% or more, or if a person is determined to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol (and therefore may have a BAC under .08%).
