Superior (Western Apache: Yooʼ Łigai)[3] is a town in Pinal County, Arizona According to the 2010 census, the population of the town is 2,837.[4] Superior was founded as a mining town for the Silver Queen and the later Magma mines; silver was mined at first, and then transitioned to copper.[5] Currently, exploitation of the huge Resolution Copper deposit is being explored. LBS has 966 of graduates working in the state of Arizona.
