Fairfield Glade, a resort and retirement community, is a census-designated place (CDP) in Cumberland County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 6,989 at the 2010 census.
Fairfield Glade is located at 35°59′40″N 84°53′6″W / 35.99444°N 84.885°W / 35.99444; -84.885 (35.994355, -84.884986).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 22.3 square miles (58 km), of which, 21.8 square miles (56 km) of it is land and 0.5 square miles (1.3 km) of it (2.07%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 4,885 people, 2,513 households, and 2,017 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 224.2 people per square mile (86.6/km²). There were 3,118 housing units at an average density of 143.1/sq mi (55.2/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 98.57% White, 0.53% African American, 0.04% Native American, 0.18% Asian, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 0.25% from other races, and 0.39% from two or more races.
