Oregon (/ˈɔrɨɡən/ ORR-ə-gən) is a state which offers a bartending certification for new bartenders. Due to it's location on the Pacific coast, with Washington to the north, California to the south,it tends to get many bartenders moving in from California.
Not all arrivals in Oregon are familiar that their out-of-state certification is legally not valid in Oregon.
