Customer Service Representative – National Account Manager (July 2015 – July 2018)
NSD, Chantilly VA

◉ Worked as a customer service representative for 2 months. Spoke with customers on the phone in regards to track and trace needs on their products. Provided accurate and professional customer service for a variety of different products such as furniture, household appliances, and patio furniture. Worked with network partners around the U.S to gather accurate information on customer deliveries.

◉ Promoted to Logistics Support Coordinator in September 2015. Worked with team of 5 or more logistics coordinators and managers. Assisted the coordinators and managers in managing approved Network Partners to ensure NSD services are upheld and flow smoothly within the NSD network. Tasks heavily included data entry and providing tracking and shipping details through the Rockhopper transportation management system. Scheduled calls and meetings with delivery terminals and agents around the U.S.
